Oceanfront Tent Rental Availability By Month And Guest Count
(Minimum of 30 guests for Facility Rental)

  • May: we accommodate up to 150 guests (excluding Memorial Day Weekend)
  • June: we accommodate up to 60 guests
  • No Facility rental Availability in July or August
  • September: we accommodate up to 150 guests (Excluding Labor Day Weekend)
  • October: we accommodate up to 150 guests (Facility closes for the season on Columbus Day)

The Facility Rental Fee Varies Depending On The Number Of Guests
30 to 40 guests $1000.00 / 41-60 guests $1250.00 / 61-80 guests $1,500
81-100 guests $1750 / 100-120 guests $2000.00
120-150 guests $2,500 (entire facility)
Facility Rental Fee Is Due 14 days Within Booking And Is Non refundable

Food Cost
Our Minimum Food Spend is $40 Per Person For A Special Event
and $70.00 Per Person For A Wedding. Plus 8% Tax and 20%Gratuity

Open Bar Is Based On Consumption And Available Several Ways
Full Bar, Beer And Wine Bar, Cocktail Hour With Spend Limit, Signature Drinks, Etc….
